Refund policy

Our Commitment

At Ayuvra, we take great pride in the quality and purity of every product we create. Because our products are food and consumable items, returns are handled with strict hygiene and safety standards. We want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Return Window

Here is an overview of our key time frames:

  • 48 Hours - Report damaged or incorrect items after delivery
  • 7 Days - Return window for eligible sealed products
  • 7–10 Business Days - Refund processing after we receive the return

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged, broken, or leaking upon arrival.
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).
  • Product is significantly different from the description on our website.
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery.

To initiate a claim, please photograph the product and packaging clearly and email us at  connect@ayuvra.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Products returned without original packaging or tamper-evident seals broken.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless damaged/defective).
  • Orders where the return request is made after the 7-day return window.
  • Change-of-mind returns for food and consumable products.
  • Products affected by improper storage after delivery.

International Orders

For customers outside India, the following additional conditions apply:

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • Customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns; Ayuvra is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • In many cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit in lieu of a physical return for international customers.

Refund Process

Once your return or claim is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
  • Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
  • For UPI or Indian payment methods, refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at connect@ayuvra.in with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
