• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to products if allergen information provided has not been reviewed.

Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate.

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment is received.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI (for India), and other payment methods shown at checkout.
• Ayuvra reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.
• Domestic (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance.
• Ayuvra is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal authorities, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
